Payment Methods
All prices on our site
are in US dollars and purchases can be made online by Paypal using Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Electronic Check or funding
from your Paypal Account. By phone Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express credit cards are accepted if you are not comfortable
using Paypal. We also accept checks and money
orders but it can take up to 10 days for checks to clear. Our

Shipping Charges
We calculate shipping
charges directly from Fedex published rates. You can obtain a
shipping quote by simply adding the items you want to purchase to
the the shopping cart, entering your zip
code and selecting check-out (you can cancel your order at this
point).

customers, please
contact
us to get a shipping quote and be sure to include your complete
address.
Products are carefully
packed and fully insured for your protection.
Sales Tax
All Georgia residents are
subject to a 7% sales tax.
Returns
To help avoid returns,
please contact us with any questions you have. We will help
you decide if the product you are thinking on buying is suitable for
your application. If you need to return an item, you first
need to contact us for a Return Authorization (RA). Any item
returned to us without an RA will be refused. To qualify for a
return, you must meet the following criteria.
1. You have
contacted us and obtained an RA.
2. Product must be
in perfect re-sellable condition. If your return is not in new
condition or is missing parts, we will issue a partial credit or
refuse the return.
3. Returns must be
shipped properly packed and fully insured. We are not
responsible for returns that are damaged.
Shipping charges are not
refundable and returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Product Availability
To help us keep low
prices, we build reactors to order. This also allows us to
customize your reactor if you so desire. We will send you an
estimated shipping date when we confirm you order. Usually we
have a 1 week lead time on orders; you can
contact us if
you want to know the current lead time before placing your order. |
