Features

	6" diameter reaction chamber, available in 12", 18" and 24" tall
	Our reactors are all high quality cell cast acrylic. The reaction chamber is sealed with an acrylic disc on the bottom that is then cemented to the base giving us a gluing area of over 28" versus the 2-3" you get when gluing the cylinder to a grove on the base as other manufacturers. Our flange is completely embedded into the reaction chamber before being glued. We are so confident of the quality of our products that we give a 5-year warranty on them. Our prices are low not because we use inferior materials or construction methods, but because we keep our overhead and margins low.
	Up flow design. The water circulates from the bottom up resulting in nomedia compaction or channeling. Excess C0₂is automatically recirculated for top efficiency.
	Precision CNC cut flanges and key-holed CLEAR lids for easy removal and 8 thumbscrews for a water tight seal. Our CLEAR lids allow you to see the seal ensuring it is well seated.
	NOW WITH QUAD-SEAL, a new seal design that replaces traditional o-rings. You won't have to add any silicon grease or vaseline to the o-ring groove to get the reactor to seal like other brands want you to do.
	Quick disconnect fittings are standard. This allows you to remove the reactor without having to deal with barb fittings.
	No clear tubing or hoses that grow algae. All hard plumbed reactors with PVC pipe.
	Precision needle valve for effluent control gives you excellent control over the reactor's output.
	Built-in bubble counter. Automatically fills at startup so you don't have worry about filling it. High quality check valve with a Polypropylene housing with Viton® diaphragm assures long lasting reliable service.
	C0₂is injected before the pump input allowing full atomization for better dissolution.
	Only 2 connections to make to get the reactor started, input and C0₂.
	Optional in chamber probe holder allows you to get pH readings from inside the reactor giving you the most accurate measurement of the reactor's pH. the ph probe holder makes controlling the internal ph of the reactor easy ensuring maximum calcium output
	UniSeals™ used for unbreakable and flexible penetrations into the reactor chamber. No threaded or glued fittings that can leak, the acrylic tube is not subject to any stress, so it will not crack. UniSeals™ are guaranteed for 25 years.
	Included bottom mounted Quiet One 1200 circulating pump with option to upgrade to Eheim 1250. Pump bolted to the base of the reactor with nylon bolts if applicable.
	Small footprint. 10" x 9" at the base for the single chamber reactor.
	Holds up to 16lbs of media depending on the size you select.
	With conservative estimations a 12" single chamber reactor will handle 300g systems, an 18" a 450g and a 24" 600g.
	10' of color coded tubing for input/output are included along with an adapter to fit Maxi Jet feeding pumps.
	5 years warranty. 1 year warranty on pump from the manufacturer.

I have had a ReefTek, koralin and a schuran jetstream 1. The ReefTek and koralin were easy to setup.
The schuran was the worst to set up. the Build quality is good on all the units. I regretted selling
my ReefTek for the schuran. so I'm stuck with the schuran for now.

Another vote for ReefTek. I have two; one on two different tanks. Both work great. Never any problems
with leaking etc. Great quality, very nice price. Jorge provides great customer service too. I can't imagine
looking at a reactor 2 or 3 times the cost of a ReefTek because the ReefTek's work great.

This is the results of adding a dual chambered ReefTek CA reactor

After two weeks... CA- 480 alk- 5.2 meg, pH - 8.5

Before adding reactor CA- 400-425 alk- 3 meg, pH 8.2

I was always under the impression that the side effects of a CR are lowered pH, yet my ph has risen. M y effluent output is about 6 inches above the sump right next to a fan.

I have been using my ReefTek reactor for 2 months, and love it! I went with the 2 chamber reactor for my 72 gallon reef, and have been very impressed. For starters, Jorge must check his e-mail constantly, because every e-mail I sent him was answered very quickly, usually within an hour. The reactor construction is perfect, it came very well packed. Set up was a breeze with the included instructions. Jorge e-mailed me several times offering any help for any problems and giving me tips. Since getting it running, my calcium, alkalinity, and pH have never been better. I have now started with SPS, and the fragments have been in there since the reactor, and all are already appearing to grow.

The reactor was inexpensive compared to the competition. I purchased a used 20 lb CO2 tank from a local beer brewing shop for 1/2 price, and found the CO2 regulator / solenoid / needle valve / bubble counter on line for $70. I also purchased the aragonite media in bulk on line. My total price came out $200 less than similar quotes from my LFS and other e-tailers.

I got my dual stage CA reactor today. it is freaking awesome, best piece of equipment I have ever bought. The quality is amazing and the customer service at ReefTek was some of the best I have ever had, emails were always answered promptly it was a very good experience overall.

I highly recommend reeftek.com for any CA reactor or kalk reactor purchases.

ReefTek Rocks. I ordered a single chamber calcium reactor from Jorge of ReefTek. This was my first calcium reactor and I emailed Jorge a few times trying to get all my info straight. Every time I emailed him he responded INSTANTANEOUSLY. After reading around a little and talking with Jorge I went on ahead and placed my order.

The order came in maybe a week ago. Everything was packaged well and was made of good quality. Heck it even looks cool with all the blue tubing. I looked around for a quite a while and I don't think you can beat the price of this reactor. Combine this with great customer support and quality construction and you have a winner.

I cant say enough about Jorge's customer service. I have emailed him maybe 5 times and all emails were answered within the hour. I looked at the times.

When I gather enough money up I am going to order one of his Nilsen reactors.
